Futures of Cities: Impacts: Indicators: Implementations
From 23- 26 of September 2007, Copenhagen will be hosting the 51st IFHP World Congress. This Congress is comprised of three sections: World Congress, Student Congress and a Student Competition.
As evident in the title, the topic will focus on the future state of the city with sessions that include topics such as Planning for Climate Change, Urban Liveability, the trendy topic, Shrinking Cities, Nature in the City, and Sustainable Futures for Megacities and will include the following keynote speakers: Rem Koolhaas, Richard Burdett, Ken Yeang, Peter Newman, Jens Kvorning, Jan Gehl, Omar Maani, Connie Hedegaard, Ritt Bjerregaard, and Klaus Bondam.
