The Garden: Screening and Q and A
Mid-December IFC will be showing the LA documentary The Garden which tells the story of the LA South Central Farm (b. 1992 -d. 2006), which was at its time, "largest urban farm in the United States". This documentary narrates the farmers' struggle to save the farm as well as provides commentary on the political, social, and economic forces that brought about the end of this urban agricultural endeavor.
