Support For Con Ed Open Space
The push to include open space as a key component of developing Manhattan's Con Ed site was given a boost yesterday. Civic leaders and legislators launched a campaign they hope will ensure that waterfront access and a new park will be included in any plan proposed for the site. Several prominent landscape architects had lent their visions for such a plan at a charrette last year.
