Secret Science Club: Living Skyscrapers
Thanks to Jeff Stark's nonsense nyc I just discovered the Secret Science Club. This coming week at Union Hall in Park Slope, Professor Despommier, microbiologist and ecologist at Columbia University will be giving a talk about rethinking agriculture and the idea of the vertical farm. Hopefully because Despommier is a scientist there might be some substantial 'how's' to this talk that designers haven't heard yet.
