Kira Appelhans has an MLA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Landscape Design and Horticulture from Colorado State University. Having worked in New York for several years, she has started her own interdisciplinary office, Working Earth in Nashville where she lives, designs, teaches and makes art.
